Yes! Every momo order comes with our authentic, house-made Nepali achar. It’s famously fiery, flavorful, and the perfect complement to your momo. If you can’t get enough, you also have the option to add an extra serving of achar to your order during checkout!
To guarantee maximum freshness, we prepare our momos in batches throughout the week based on incoming orders. This means some momos are made shortly before delivery, while others may be made a day in advance, flash-frozen immediately, and held at optimal temperature to lock in freshness.
We use a combination to ensure the best quality and texture for each type of momo. Our chicken momos use a premium premade wrapper, while our veg and beef momo wrappers are handmade in-house.
Delivery & Service Area
We are currently in our early launch phase. To ensure quality, we offer FREE delivery on weekends to a limited number of areas within Manhattan, Queens, and Long Island (Nassau County). We are working hard to expand our delivery zones and introduce daily delivery soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Not at this time. To guarantee freshness, all orders must be prepared in advance of our weekly delivery run.
– Orders placed by Friday at 5:00 PM EST will be delivered that same weekend.
– Orders placed after Friday at 5:00 PM EST will be fulfilled and delivered the following weekend.

Order & Delivery Process
Because our momo are delivered frozen to ensure food safety, we require someone to be home to receive the order.
We will call you a day or two before your scheduled delivery weekend to confirm a delivery time window.
If we cannot confirm someone will be home, we will reschedule your delivery for the following weekend to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
Yes, you will receive multiple communications:
Order Confirmation Email: Sent automatically when you place your order.
Order Prep Notification: Sent when we begin preparing your specific order. Please note: Your payment is officially processed at this stage, not before.
Delivery Coordination: We will email and call you to arrange your delivery time once your momos are ready.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Your payment information is collected and authorized at the time you place your order. However, your card is not charged until we actually begin preparing your momo. This way, you know your order is being made and your payment is only processed for fulfilled goods.
To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the Friday 5:00 PM EST cutoff for your delivery weekend. We cannot make changes or cancellations after preparation has begun.
Other
Your momo will arrive frozen. For best results, keep them frozen until you are ready to cook. They can be steamed, pan-fried, or deep-fried directly from frozen. Do not thaw and refreeze.`
